Anastasia Barner

Anastasia is one of Germany's youngest founders and a consultant for companies on topics like social media, Gen Z media habits, talent acquisition, and reverse mentoring. She authored the book “(Ge)Gründet – Start-Up Scene Uncovered” (Haufe Verlag) and gave her first TEDx Talk in 2022. At 20, she founded FeMentor, Europe’s first reverse mentoring platform, which is free for young women. For her work against cyberbullying and empowering young women, she was awarded the B.Z. Berliner Heroes Prize in 2019 and the FemTec Award in Leadership in 2020.
